Surfrider Miami in partnership with 305Green and Misfit Films will screen “Manufacturing Stoke” (http://manufacturingstoke.com/ ) @ 7:30 pm on Sept 23rd at the Ronald Shane Watersports Center at 6500 Indian Creek Drive, Miami Beach, FL 33140 The new film is making its way down the East Coast along with surfer/filmmaker Pierce Kavanagh who will be there for Q & A.

Surfers are directly connected to the earth’s pulse and yet a majority of the materials used are environmentally toxic. Manufacturing Stoke is an introspective look into the surfing culture’s struggle to be beneficial unto itself, a tapestry of both influential and eclectic members of the surfing community that are constantly striving for positive change.
